Equipment

  • 2 serving bowls
  • 1 mixing spoon for stirring yogurt if using honey and vanilla
  • 1 knife for slicing strawberries

Ingredients
  

For the yogurt base

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Toppings

  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons hemp seeds

Optional finish

  • 1 teaspoon honey for drizzling, optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the berries. Slice the strawberries into bite-size pieces.
  • If desired, stir the honey and vanilla extract into the Greek yogurt until smooth.
  • Divide the yogurt evenly between two serving bowls.
  • Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the yogurt.
  • Top each bowl with granola, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and hemp seeds.
  • Finish with a light drizzle of honey if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For the best texture, add granola just before serving. Use fresh fruit when possible, or thaw and drain frozen fruit first. Keep toppings separate if making ahead.
